Amazing views and a convenient location make this a great choice for your stay. The rooms are well-arranged, decent size with balconies that offer forest view. The location is also a winner, only seven minutes walk to the city's center. The staff was friendly and offered helpful service.
This stay was spoiled by the constant smell of smoke from the bar area that made it difficult to breathe. It’s a shame because the hotel restaurant serves great food and the hotel staff is willing to help, but the smoke is just too overpowering.

This hotel is nicely situated near the city center, with many different restaurants in the area to choose from. the staff is friendly and helpful, with a willingness to assist with any needs or luggage storage. the rooms are cozy and clean with comfortable beds, while the bathrooms are kept in good condition. There is a lovely view overlooking a babbling brook and pine-scented hillside, and the hotel has ski boot storage on the main floor to accommodate winter travelers.
The hotel entrance allows smoking, creating a possible unpleasant odor when passing through.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the quaint and cozy atmosphere. The staff was warm and accommodating, offering free boot storage and proximity to the ski slopes. The food was delicious, especially the fresh trout from the nearby farm. Another perk was the tranquil forest view from the balcony.
The hotel had an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell that permeated the bar. It was unbearable and made it uncomfortable to be around. Additionally, the room was dusty and the chairs and table on the balcony needed to be cleaned before use. This put a damper on the overall experience and detracted from the otherwise charming atmosphere.
